• We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from using our app
• AI-generated workouts are suggestions and should be adapted to your fitness level
• Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain or discomfort

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fitness Gen and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any workout data, images, or content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it solely to provide our services.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

Subscription and Payment

Certain features of Fitness Gen may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fitness Gen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

Termination
